NSCA Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator 

NASM Certified Personal Trainer |  Certified Nutrition Coach | Group Fitness instructor | Corrective Exercise Specialist | Behavioral Change Exercise Specialist  | Performance Enhancement Specialist 

Tactical Strength and Conditioning is a private tactical strength training and personal training studio owned by Laura Jerome in Odessa, MO. A dream created by a passion of helping teach people about their health, wellness and fitness journey in becoming the best version of themselves. With the community at the center, TSC will allow Laura to share the knowledge of proper training and nutrition to build a solid foundation of athletics.

Certified by the NASM in Personal Training, Nutrition, Corrective Exercise Science, Behavioral Change Specialization, Performance Enhancement Specialization and Group Fitness Instructor the possibilities in training are endless. Laura is also certified in NSCA’s Essentials of Tactical Strength and Conditioning. This certification  allows her to support the local Police, Fire, EMT and Military with training specialties. 

 

Laura’s background includes being a high school athlete playing softball and tennis. As an adult, marathon running, rock climbing, strength training and nutrition. She has always had a passion for helping people, realizing that being able to educate with health and fitness is her calling, she pursued going back to school to complete her certifications. Building a community that supports a healthy, active lifestyle and her own gym is a dream come true! 

 

Entering the process of balancing being a Mom and the ability to take care of herself amidst the hustle and bustle of family life, she knew that she wasn’t the only one that needed to surround herself with like minded individuals. She started to build a community to help others, she knew this was a missing piece that so many needed! To be a leader, lead by example and together,  we’re not alone. Knowing, as MOMs/ women, we need to be able to show up for our families and be your best self,  to prioritize nutrition, fitness and mental health. Understanding the importance of strength training and protein to build/ maintain lean muscle tissue was vital to the preventive aging process and overall basic functionality for life!  Looking, feeling and being a strong, bad ass woman!

 

By creating Tactical Strength and Conditioning, bringing the community in to be able to support and grow together to change the path of health and fitness in a positive way for all ages. From youth to high school sports, strength training to balance, weight loss to muscle gain, personalized results are the key to giving you the success you’re looking for. This facility will have an impact on the health and fitness industry that will be dedicated to improving the lives of others.
