As an active person my entire life, I've tried it all. From excessive cardio to high intensity workouts, and everything in-between. However coming into midlife, perimenopause, I realized what was working before was no longer producing results and I needed to change something. On my way to becoming an empty nester, (one out/ one in), I decided to fully lock in my health and fitness through high protein macros, walking and lifting heavy weights. It's been amazing, mentally and physically! Now I want every midlife woman to know the power she has within to make changes to old habits and see what they are capable of through a very simplistic approach. Who's ready?! Let's go!!!
